Well, here's more work on a previous deviation WIP, entitled ADAD No. 2 ([link]).
I was hoping to do a drawing a day, but that doesn't seem to be happening.
Actually, it's evolving into SP"AD" (Some Progress "a Day").
I'm having all sorts of issues here with this drawing.
I'm drawing out of my head, and I can't make up my mind as to what I want it to exactly look like.
Really, my lone reference point, in terms of this character I created (which sounds kind of goofy), is this drawing.
So, I'm sort of belaboringly "sculpting" my drawings as I try to realize what I want this character to look like.
Meanwhile, it turns out my initial pose wasn't really working for me.
So, that turned out to be another problem to deal with as I was drawing.
Finally, I was just wrestling (ha!) with trying to be anatomically correct.
Lots more work to be done.
Although it kills me to be posting unfinished pieces, this is more accurate in terms of where I seem to be as an artist, so I guess I'll just have to deal with it.
Grrrrr....

Did ANY of that make any sense?

Anyway, be prepared that future progress on this drawing may mean a complete overhaul as I try to force this poor creature into a "better" (supposedly more dynamic) pose.

Also, I'm desperately trying to avoid the temptation of giving her more spectacular bosoms like so many female heroes out there. Not necessarily huge, but definitely a little more.
Personally, I have nothing against spectacular bosoms.
But, I just thought this character should have more modest breasts and to a certain degree, her boobs have been "enhanced" because she's a tad overweight.

Not that anybody asked.

PS. On the subject of endowed heroines, a shout out to Adam Warren ([link])and his comic Empowered featuring the titular character, but more to the point, her good friend, Ninjette, who really has no bosom whatsoever. Nice butt, though! And still terrifically sexy AND literally kick-ass!
